(New Iberia, LA): Work as part of the Remote Operations Center team to install, configure, troubleshoot, and connect telemetry devices. Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting connectivity issues and implementing possible solutions (Cell Booster, Satellite, etc.). Use test equipment to troubleshoot connectivity issues, set scaling, and calibrate telemetry components.
